Since the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and offered delicious refreshments. Michael was kind and incredibly attentive to every detail. My daughter wanted bangs for the first time, and he consulted with me every step of the way, considering her sports ponytail and hair texture. It had been years since my last visit to Mode, and I was thoroughly impressed this time. Absolutely dreadful experience today. Entered for a nail refill and pedicure, only to be charged the price of a full manicure. Initially quoted $35 for a refill, but ended up paying $55 due to unexpected white tips. The manager was unprofessional and argued when I requested to see a price list. The pedicure was messy, leaving paint all over. Will never return, and do not recommend. Disappointed with the service received.About

Absolutely terrible experience, went in for a pedicure and it was incredibly painful. Will not be returning. I wouldn't even give them a single star. This place takes their time! My nails were so thin near the cuticles you cannot tell my nails are fake. I even opted for a French manicure because I didn't want to cover them up the first time I went. After conducting research on tattoo removal and reading some unsettling stories, I approached the procedure with skepticism. However, my concerns were quickly alleviated once it began. The environment was professional and welcoming. Mr. Alex guided me through the process and reassured me that taking breaks was acceptable if the discomfort became too much. The pain was not as intense as the stories had led me to believe - if you can endure getting a tattoo, you can easily handle removal.
