Absolutely dreadful experience today. Entered for a nail refill and pedicure, only to be charged the price of a full manicure. Initially quoted $35 for a refill, but ended up paying $55 due to unexpected white tips. The manager was unprofessional and argued when I requested to see a price list. The pedicure was messy, leaving paint all over. Will never return, and do not recommend. Disappointed with the service received.
This place deserves negative stars. Poor customer service, crooked nails that look nothing like what I requested. Felt rushed during the pedicure, leading to scratched polish. Rockstar treatment was a waste, ended up with a red, painful toe the next day that required antibiotics. Avoid this place at all costs.
Typically not one to leave negative feedback, but I strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you want your requests fulfilled. Ended up with light blue, sparkly nails instead of the turquoise shimmer I chose. Nails were crooked, cuticles were damaged, and left thumb is still sore. Overpriced at $70 for subpar results. Don't waste your money here.
