He was extremely welcoming and approachable. He managed to accommodate me promptly. He was very flexible with my schedule (I was only visiting Miami for a week). I had my eyebrows done by him and he did an outstanding job. So, I opted for a lash lift as well. After the lift, I followed the instructions and waited for 48 hours. At the 48-hour mark, I didn't see much of a change, so I informed him and asked if I could have a tint done. Once again, he arranged a convenient appointment for me. The tint helped a bit, but I still couldn't see the lift clearly. The cost was $75 for the lift and $50 for the tint, but if I had them done together, it would have been $85. It just didn't seem worth it for the lift, but he excels at eyebrows.
An exceptional overall service and experience. The customer service was excellent; they offered me a complimentary drink while I waited (which wasn't long) and their waiting area was lovely. I had my eyebrows and cheeks waxed, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. The fantastic individual who performed the waxing did an outstanding job, and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation during my appointment. It was fantastic.
