Paid for a haircut for my child to have to come home and have my spouse fix it. First and last time at this location.
Tried it once and swore I'd never return. Then my partner talked me into giving it a second chance. The individual who was too busy telling me about their side hustles to listen to what I wanted before butchering my hair had been fired and Jordan not only listened but offered useful advice before consulting their mentor to ensure they gave me not only what I wanted. I got a great haircut, beard trim, and free education for a reasonable price despite economic changes. Thanks folks!
I used to go here (for a few years regularly) for Taylor because they always did my hair exactly how I wanted it, until they moved. I went in today and left completely unsatisfied. I get with it being in the holiday time frame, everyone and everything is super busy. But this was downright awful. My hair is uneven, I didn’t get the layers I asked for. I showed several reference pictures and it turned out completely opposite. Just a slanted cut on my bangs. Yanked my hair and dowsed it with water, including my face. I paid and left because the person couldn’t be bothered to listen to me whatsoever. This place has gone downhill, they only care about money now.
