I am utterly disappointed with the service my daughter received at this (Brentwood) location. The stylist completely disregarded our requests and now my daughter is too embarrassed to go to school with her hair looking like that. I will never bring her back here again. This was my inaugural experience at this location. It perfectly aligned with my desires. The table shower was a highlight. Despite the lengthy four-hour round trip from eastern Ohio, it was entirely worthwhile for me.
