I am utterly disappointed with the service my daughter received at this (Brentwood) location. The stylist completely disregarded our requests and now my daughter is too embarrassed to go to school with her hair looking like that. I will never bring her back here again. Absolutely awful experience!
I recently had the pleasure of having Crystal (apologies if I got your name wrong!) as my hairstylist. I utilized the online check-in and was seated for my haircut within 5 minutes of arriving at the salon. I showed Crystal a photo of the hairstyle I desired, and she was able to perfectly replicate it. My wife, my colleague, and I all loved the new look. Crystal suggested a styling option at the end, and I let her take the lead, resulting in a fantastic new style that I can't wait to show off on special occasions. The salon had a welcoming atmosphere, and I will definitely be returning for my next haircut.
