This establishment is a haven for dog lovers and maintains a dog-friendly environment. The entire team exudes warmth and professionalism, ensuring a hospitable experience. Jay has been my go-to stylist for over a year, and she is a true gem. She possesses a delightful personality, is outgoing, and exhibits a high level of professionalism. During my initial consultation with Jay, I described my desired caramel highlights and ash medium brown root color. The final result was truly spectacular, akin to a magazine cover. Jay possesses a magical touch, extensive experience, and a profound understanding of coloring and blending techniques. Upon entering with light brown hair and requesting a color match, I departed with dark brown hair bordering on black. Despite paying and leaving a tip out of courtesy, it was evident that the instructions were not followed accurately. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
