Nina did an amazing job on my nails! She really took her time and ensured they were flawless. The color is stunning! Exceptional service. They look even more beautiful in person. I opted for powder nails and gel for my toes.
I've been a loyal customer since they first opened. The technicians are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The salon is always clean and inviting. I'm always thrilled with how my nails turn out. They all do an outstanding job. Thank you, ladies. ❤️❤️❤️
My expectations were not met during my visit. I had an appointment with Jennifer and Maria, but I ended up with Ellen instead of Jennifer. While Maria did a fantastic job on my mother's mani/pedi, my experience with Ellen was a nightmare. My pedicure was ruined as she forgot to use toe spacers, resulting in a messy look that had to be fixed at the end. The gel French manicure had many imperfections and smudges, despite the high price. Ellen also cut my cuticles too deep, causing discomfort under the UV light. I am thoroughly disappointed with my visit and will only return if Maria is available. I paid $100 for a subpar experience and feel like I was taken advantage of. It's just a complete disaster. Update: The next day, my gel nails are already chipping.
