Extensive range of Professional Salon goods, incredibly helpful, informed & welcoming team. I visit here OFTEN and I've never witnessed any staff being DISRESPECTFUL to anyone! They warmly greet everyone and offer assistance in finding specific items. They have branches all over the East Coast. The owner does NOT work at any of the outlets, just to clear up other reviews. The store managers undergo thorough training and must attend sessions at their headquarters. They are consistently educated on all product lines. When new products launch, the beauty supply stocks them before the salons. They stock products for ALL races & hair textures. The store is impeccably organized & tidy. They cater to and sell solely to licensed beauty professionals & salons because professional beauty products SHOULD NOT be used by individuals WITHOUT a State License! People don't realize the risks of professional chemicals used for coloring, straightening, etc., if you are NOT trained & licensed. The products available at Professional Beauty Supplies are NOT your typical drugstore items. One of my preferred, local, Professional Beauty Supply Stores!
