My go-to shopping spot! Bessa, the Sales Associate, is fantastic at catering to my needs.
I splurged on a Montcler coat for my spouse. Unfortunately, the zipper broke after just a few wears. The staff in the women’s section were unhelpful and wouldn't assist in ordering a replacement part. Customer service's only suggestion was to check Amazon. For the price, the lack of product support is disappointing. Off to Bergdorf Goodman for my holiday shopping - Neiman Marcus has lost my trust after this experience. The post-purchase service was abysmal. Proceed with caution. The employees seem disengaged, possibly due to low pay, and the management appears aloof.
Neiman Marcus is a well-organized store with good service, albeit with high prices. Currently, there's renovation on the top floor, so the down escalator is out of order.
