My daughter visited Sanctuary Spa today for a prom hair appointment. The left picture shows her desired style, while the right picture is what she ended up with. She had booked a blowout, unaware of the correct service. Upon explaining her preference, I was assured it could be done. The stylist, however, complained about running late for her next appointment while styling my daughter's hair. We will not be returning to this salon. It is unacceptable that a professional could not execute a relatively simple hairstyle.
A gift certificate from my daughter-in-law, Only my 2nd facial ever, and Brienne was simply ASTOUNDING! The scented products' aroma, hot towels, cold compress, steam, blackhead extraction, facial and neck massage, even arms - it was truly extraordinary! I'll definitely be returning.... The ROCK SALT CAVE did nothing for me.
