Having tested several establishments in the vicinity since relocating to Parkville approximately 3 months ago, this one stood out as the finest! Secured a same-day appointment for my partner and me, and everyone was exceedingly pleasant. Helen is fantastic, and my nails appear absolutely flawless - precisely as requested. Prices are on par with others, but the craftsmanship was superior in my view! I indulged in a pedicure and manicure, while my partner had a manicure and eyebrow wax - not a single complaint. Kudos to Helen!!
Absolutely terrible! Dreadful customer service. Requested different hues, but she nonchalantly plonked a ring on the table. Then, she plopped into a chair with an indifferent demeanor. When I inquired about a manager, she gestured towards a corner. Insisting she fetch the manager, she rolled her eyes. Another staff member assisted me. He was courteous, but the nail polish bubbled up soon after. When seeking a refund, I was informed I could only receive reimbursement for the embellishment, not the acrylic filling. Surprisingly, this occurred in the heart of Whitemarsh. Now, I comprehend the 3.5 rating instead of 5.0. Please refer to the images below.
Hadel was absolutely INCREDIBLE! The pedicure was pure bliss. The pressure applied was just right, and the meticulous attention to detail was truly remarkable. She did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my nails as well! With significant damage from recent mishaps, she introduced me to gel x and strongly recommended it while my nail beds healed. I absolutely ADORE them! She nailed the shape precisely as I prefer, and the paint job is impeccable.
