I absolutely adore my cut! Alex did such an amazing job! I went late in the afternoon on Saturday after I had such a full and exhausting week. They chatted happily with me and we laughed together so freely it was a big win - they let me take the lead in how much I wanted to talk. I suspect if I needed just to be quiet they would have been fine with it. However, the reason for the visit was the cut, of course. They listened to what I wanted in my cut and the details that were important to me. They executed it perfectly. They were very quick - not in a “I want you outta my chair so I can go home” kind of way but in a “I’m just this great at what I do” kind of way. I loved it and although this visit was my first visit to this location, it won’t be my last!
The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They had me in and out in a jiffy, my eyebrow wax was painless, which is AMAZING!!! Alex was so skilled that I felt no pain. And they rinsed my hair so beautifully.
