Tony and her staff are always excellent! I travel from Jacksonville because the Sierra location has never disappointed me!
The staff is extremely friendly and the pricing is fantastic! Tony is present and everyone seems to adore her. It was a wonderful experience! I was there for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows, so I spent quite a bit of time there :)
When I first began frequenting this place, my nails were amazing. However, it seems that's only the case when you can have the nail technician you specifically ask for, and if he is in a good mood. One visit resulted in torn and stinging cuticles, another visit involved completely disregarding the color I requested and then scolding me for not "correcting the color sooner" (the replacement color was even more pink-neutral instead of the tan-neutral I wanted); technicians will pass you off to another technician if someone they know walks in, with no explanation, and the prices do not justify the hassle. I suggest going somewhere else.
