Del is truly an outstanding stylist! He always goes the extra mile to ensure perfection. His dedication to his craft is evident in every task he undertakes. Del exudes positivity and is always willing to assist his colleagues. After he worked his magic on my hair recently, all the women in my family are eager to book appointments with him. I also have great admiration for Nikki and Jenna!
I have been going to JC Penney for haircuts and dye jobs for many years now. I have never left unsatisfied or unhappy with my new look. The staff are all very welcoming and always greet me with a smile.
I strongly advise against getting your hair cut at this establishment. The individual with the peculiar glasses seems to believe they enhance her hairdressing skills, but she is sorely mistaken. Her work was subpar, and offering a discount as compensation does not rectify the situation. Customers are willing to pay full price or more for quality service. It would be beneficial for her to pursue further education and invest in glasses that aid in seeing the task at hand rather than just looking foolish.
