I am impressed with the ambiance. The place is spotless and modern. Received a free mimosa with a purchase of $30 or more.
The manicure wasn't up to par. Initially, I was torn between a 3 or 4-star rating, but settled on 4 as it felt more like a 3.5 to me. The technician worked quickly and didn't shape my nails into a nice rounded form; they ended up somewhat jagged. The service felt rushed. Moreover, I wasn't offered a drink, which is a prominent feature they advertise. The establishment appeared pleasant, spacious, and well-maintained.
