I had a disappointing massage session where my specified problem areas were completely disregarded. It was disheartening to see the intake form go unnoticed. The therapist's whispered instructions felt unsettling. The service provided did not justify the high price. I received three intrusive marketing texts at 3 AM, followed by three more this morning, disrupting my sleep for two consecutive nights. I am beyond frustrated.
