I had a disappointing massage session where my specified problem areas were completely disregarded. It was disheartening to see the intake form go unnoticed. The therapist's whispered instructions felt unsettling. The service provided did not justify the high price. I received three intrusive marketing texts at 3 AM, followed by three more this morning, disrupting my sleep for two consecutive nights. I am beyond frustrated. Consistently professional and immaculate. I've been coming here since my high school days. Well worth the wait. There's a level of excellence maintained here that sets it apart from other salons. Every single one of the nail technicians is fantastic. The quality of work is exceptional every time. My nails never chip or break. I always feel let down when I go elsewhere for nail services, but the distance makes it hard to come here regularly.
