María is exceptionally courteous and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her as you will leave satisfied. For a great experience, make sure to request María for your service.
If I could, I would give this salon a rating of zero. I decided to try a new salon, and I deeply regret my decision. The lack of skill is evident in every aspect of their service. They completely botched the shape of my toenails by cutting them in a strange manner, turning my square nails into odd oval shapes and removing too much skin. Additionally, I was burned by the paraffin wax, and when I brought it up, they showed no empathy or concern. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
I would rate this experience as zero stars. My birthday falls on the 11th of February, and I visited the salon on the 10th. The service was incredibly slow, and the quality of work was subpar. I paid $115, but the polish ended up all over my toes and nails. These individuals are not skilled nail technicians; they simply believe they can paint nails. I am thoroughly disappointed as it has only been three days, and I already need a new color. To top it off, the gel polish is not lasting. Save your money and avoid this place.
