I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. My children received their back-to-school haircuts here, and it was a disappointing experience. The stylist seemed overwhelmed, dividing her attention between curling an elderly woman's hair and attending to my children's scheduled appointment. Despite calling ahead to set the appointment, we still had to wait for 20 minutes upon arrival. When I inquired about the quality of the cut, the stylist failed to acknowledge any issues. As I prepared to pay for the unsatisfactory service, the stylist threatened to involve the authorities over a payment dispute. In response, I chose to leave immediately. I will not be returning and recommend others to seek services elsewhere.
