Absolutely adore the fantastic team at Boutique 293 East! Wonderful ambiance, delightful, welcoming team with a local vibe, and most importantly, they are exceptional at tailoring. My tailor, Alison, is an amazing alteration artist, who discusses your desired look with you while always maintaining the integrity of your garment. Highly recommend the fabric treatment as well. Simply superb - 10/10 would recommend this boutique!
Alison was one of the finest tailors I have ever visited. I requested a specific garment alteration and she executed it flawlessly, this is a place I will definitely come back to.
I entered the boutique as a repeat customer. I was delighted with the tailoring work done the first time I visited the boutique. I was eager to return and have the same exact alteration done again. I showed the same tailor a photo of how she altered my garment last time, clearly indicating how I wanted my garment altered again. Regrettably, the alteration I received was significantly shorter than what I had requested with an uneven hemline at the back. My garment has never been this short, and I have many upcoming events where my attire is now ruined for. Completely unimpressed and unacceptable. The shop assistant refunded me for the alteration, which was appreciated.
