Every individual here is incredibly welcoming; however, the pedicure experience could have been significantly better. There was a lack of massage, and I was instructed to exfoliate my hands on my own. Moreover, the nail filing was not done correctly. $118 wasted.
I am overjoyed to have stumbled upon this hidden treasure of a nail salon. Shannon is undeniably the MOST exceptional nail technician I have encountered in the vicinity! Her attention to detail is impeccable, and my nails look absolutely stunning. They remain flawless for a remarkable 3 weeks without any lifting around the cuticle. Additionally, my pedicure was simply divine. :-)
NEW MANAGEMENT ALERT! If I could give 10 stars, I would without hesitation! Beatriz is an absolute gem in the industry! I rave about her to everyone I know! The level of care she provides is truly unmatched! I've never experienced a more superior manicure and pedicure anywhere else! Now, onto her facials... my skin has never looked more radiant! Beatriz utilizes top-notch products and equipment that leave me glowing! She always makes time for me with a positive attitude!
