My mother is a lively 90 plus lady. Always searching for a good salon for her has been tough. But I took her to this fantastic salon in HB Old World. The stylist was professional, we showed examples of what she wanted and the stylist Tam delivered! I can't express the happiness this brought to my mom. The folks at the Upstairs Salon are professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. She had a wonderful time and I've already booked her second appointment and will keep taking her there. I only wish I had done this earlier. Thank you to the stylists at the Upstairs Salon.

Helga did an impeccable color correction. I had previously used henna, then bleached my hair to try to remove it. I was letting my damaged hair grow out when I needed to go on a business trip. I visited Upstairs Salon for the first time. Helga removed most of the frizz, gave me a cute style, and I left as a beautiful blonde. Thank you, Helga!
