Today, on 8/13/24, I called to reserve spots for 5 individuals. However, I was met with hostility when I inquired about the pricing discrepancies. The response I received was, "Are you booking or just wasting my time?" The lack of courtesy displayed by the lady was disheartening. I was only seeking clarification before making a substantial investment at Cotton Blow Dry Bar. Regrettably, customer service seems to be undervalued by some establishments, even within the service sector.
