Today, on 8/13/24, I called to reserve spots for 5 individuals. However, I was met with hostility when I inquired about the pricing discrepancies. The response I received was, "Are you booking or just wasting my time?" The lack of courtesy displayed by the lady was disheartening. I was only seeking clarification before making a substantial investment at Cotton Blow Dry Bar. Regrettably, customer service seems to be undervalued by some establishments, even within the service sector. It may be advisable to seek services elsewhere.

I stumbled upon Cotton Blow Dry Bar through a swift Google search. With a Saturday wedding looming, I urgently needed a blowout and managed to secure an appointment the night prior. Despite initial apprehensions stemming from negative feedback, most of which dated back over 4 years, my experience was phenomenal. Surprisingly, I was seated 10 minutes ahead of schedule, contrary to my expectations. Furthermore, my stylist, Tanya, was delightful. Our conversation was so engaging that the hour flew by. Most importantly, I am absolutely thrilled with my hair. Every cent was well spent. I will certainly return.

The quality of service left much to be desired. Accompanied by two friends, we collectively felt that the stylists lacked professionalism. While one stylist, engaged with another client, delivered exceptional results, the remaining three out of four stylists failed to meet our expectations. Typically, stylists at blowout salons effortlessly achieve a polished and professional appearance due to their extensive experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Although it was enlightening to observe the discrepancy in skills among the stylists, we ultimately wished for a more satisfying experience.
