Today, on 8/13/24, I called to reserve spots for 5 individuals. However, I was met with hostility when I inquired about the pricing discrepancies. The response I received was, "Are you booking or just wasting my time?" The lack of courtesy displayed by the lady was disheartening. I was only seeking clarification before making a substantial investment at Cotton Blow Dry Bar. Regrettably, customer service seems to be undervalued by some establishments, even within the service sector. Had an excellent experience here as a nervous and anxious client. Managed to get an appointment on the same day and my piercer was very understanding and accommodating to my needs! My mother is a lively 90 plus lady. Always searching for a good salon for her has been tough. But I took her to this fantastic salon in HB Old World. The stylist was professional, we showed examples of what she wanted and the stylist Tam delivered! I can't express the happiness this brought to my mom. The folks at the Upstairs Salon are professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. She had a wonderful time and I've already booked her second appointment and will keep taking her there. I only wish I had done this earlier.
