Emily was very friendly and professional during my visit. Unfortunately, the IPL facial I received for $122 did not meet my expectations. The appointment was quick, lasting only about 10 minutes. I wonder if this was due to using a Groupon deal. However, I saw no noticeable improvement in my skin, not even a slight lightening of a single freckle. I have had IPL treatments in the past that provided instant results. Despite expressing my concerns at the start of the appointment and being assured that the treatment targets pigmentation, I did not see the desired outcome. I entered with my mother around 7pm on a weekday without appointments. She was only visiting briefly, and we both needed a little pampering. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The prices were clearly displayed on a large poster at the front desk, and they provided us with a menu of pedicure options (with prices in bold numbers and detailed descriptions for each). We both opted for the hot stone pedicure 😍 I also asked if we could have basic manicures, and they kindly accommodated us even though it was close to closing time. I offered to return the next day, but they insisted on completing the services that evening. Our technicians were attentive, reassuring, and did not rush at all. My mother suffers from severe swelling in her feet and legs due to health issues, and she struggles with mobility. Her technician was extremely gentle and made adjustments to ensure her comfort. My mom is... well, she has high standards, lol.
