Happy Nails

I entered with my mother around 7pm on a weekday without appointments. She was only visiting briefly, and we both needed a little pampering. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The prices were clearly displayed on a large poster at the front desk, and they provided us with a menu of pedicure options (with prices in bold numbers and detailed descriptions for each). We both opted for the hot stone pedicure 😍 I also asked if we could have basic manicures, and they kindly accommodated us even though it was close to closing time. I offered to return the next day, but they insisted on completing the services that evening. Our technicians were attentive, reassuring, and did not rush at all. My mother suffers from severe swelling in her feet and legs due to health issues, and she struggles with mobility. Her technician was extremely gentle and made adjustments to ensure her comfort. My mom is... well, she has high standards, lol. But she absolutely adored this place!

My visit to this nail salon was absolutely dreadful. My daughter showed them a photo of the design she wanted, but the end result was nothing like it. The lady I spoke to insisted they could fix it, but my daughter had to leave as she was flying back to Idaho. When I requested a refund, they flatly refused. This is not how you should treat dissatisfied customers. I own a salon myself and I would never handle a situation like this! They have lost the business of my family members who recently moved to the area. I hope the $65 they charged me was worth it!
