What a dreadful ordeal! Nails rushed, sloppy, tips ill-suited, excess glue and acrylic residue. When expressing dissatisfaction, met with dismissive response blaming color. Reluctance to rectify, only half-hearted attempt to fix one hand. Full price charged despite clear dissatisfaction. Unequal treatment evident, favoritism towards certain clients. Swift, subpar service compared to others. Basic nail request mishandled. Lackluster service, not worth the cost. Had to seek correction elsewhere, confirmed poor workmanship.
