What a dreadful ordeal! Nails rushed, sloppy, tips ill-suited, excess glue and acrylic residue. When expressing dissatisfaction, met with dismissive response blaming color. Reluctance to rectify, only half-hearted attempt to fix one hand. Full price charged despite clear dissatisfaction. Unequal treatment evident, favoritism towards certain clients. Swift, subpar service compared to others. Basic nail request mishandled. Lackluster service, not worth the cost. Had to seek correction elsewhere, confirmed poor workmanship. Consistent respect and quality for all customers is imperative.
Seeking a new nail technician led me to Sarah, whom I booked with a day prior. Clean, family-owned salon with a vast array of vibrant colors. Sarah was patient, completing a full gel set efficiently. Will definitely be returning for more! 💙
Absolutely adore my nails! A challenge to find a reliable salon as a newcomer, but this establishment came highly recommended. Will be my preferred choice moving forward!
