Yesterday evening, I visited the Riverside store location. Both my son and I made a purchase; birthday gifts for someone else. Upon approaching the cashier, the immediate request was for our phone number. It would have been more pleasant if the cashier asked, "did you find everything you need? Could you provide your phone number so I can check if you have an account with us?" There was a lack of courtesy. Just a demand for our phone number. Neither my son nor I use our phone numbers since we rarely shop there. After my son completed his purchase, he realized he needed to exchange two items. We promptly returned to the counter. The next cashier informed us that without an Ulta account, he might receive a reduced refund on the items. This was within 2 to 3 minutes of waiting in line after his purchase. They persisted in asking for a phone number. I am thoroughly disappointed with this store! I only visit once a year to buy a present for my brother. I will not return. If I could rate this store zero Stars, I would.

Emma is a true master at her trade. I've been seeing her for hair color, cuts, and styling for around a year now, and she consistently leaves me feeling fantastic when I leave the salon. She transitioned my hair from dark brown to a stunning blonde over a series of visits, and now we're planning to add hair extensions. I'm beyond excited! The team is exceptional, offering beverages upon arrival, and the best part is you never have to wait. Emma gives you her full attention until she's done with your appointments, and she genuinely cares about your satisfaction with your look. Spontaneously dropped by as a last resort after striking out at three other salons on a Tuesday at noon. Colleagues rave about this place, and the ambiance is top-notch. The receptionist was accommodating, fitting me in quickly. Kim, my nail technician, offered expert advice on colors, worked efficiently, and left my nails looking flawless.
