After 8 years of patronage, I continue to be delighted with the service each time I visit. Susan is exceptionally skilled and pleasant to interact with. Despite trying out other salons while away at school, none have matched up to the quality here. The wide selection of colors, including dip powder, is a definite plus. I highly recommend this salon!
Every visit leaves me dissatisfied. Despite the convenient location, I never receive satisfactory nail services. During my last appointment, I requested a new set of acrylics and needed to be finished within 1.5 hours. The technician assured me it could be done. However, halfway through, another appointment arrived, and I was asked to wait with half-done nails while she attended to the new client. I had to request another technician to complete my service. With only 20 minutes left before I had to leave, all they managed was to remove the old gel polish and provide a messy fill, despite my request for a new set. Rushed through the process, the gel wasn't fully cured under the light, resulting in uneven shapes, lengths, and the polish peeling off within a day.
My mother and I visited for a last-minute pedicure and had an excellent experience! The staff was friendly and provided top-notch service. However, we observed them using the same tools on multiple clients without changing towels. Not hygienic.
