While retrieving the two pet food items I required after a 10-hour workday, I was taken aback upon returning to the front of the store to find a long queue at the self-checkout. Half of the machines were not even operational. Desperately scanning the line for an open spot, I approached a woman with a bob haircut, who seemed to be a middle-aged employee. Politely, I inquired if she could open more registers. To my surprise, she curtly replied that all available staff were already occupied. Disappointed by her response, I couldn't help but think that perhaps she could have assisted at a register instead of stocking gum in an aisle that was not in use. Such inefficiency contributes to the frequent thefts at this store. It is nearly impossible to check out in under 20 minutes if you have somewhere else to be.

This establishment is relatively satisfactory. While not flawless, the positives outweigh the negatives. The managers and staff exhibit friendliness, and the prices and products are generally acceptable. However, certain departments require attention, such as more frequent restocking of shelves, enhancements to the grocery pickup service, and increased availability of cash registers. Despite these areas for improvement, this location and business appear satisfactory to me.

Although my store visit was pleasant, upon arriving home, I realized I had left behind a bag containing nine items. For nearly two hours, I have been attempting to reach the store without success. Every time I call, the phone rings endlessly. Twice, someone picked up only to hang up immediately amidst voices in the background. The frustration is mounting as I wish to retrieve the bag tomorrow but fear that no one will be aware of it.
