Let me start by saying that Alex is the only nail artist worth visiting here. Many others rush and make numerous mistakes - overly thick gel, messy polishing, uneven nail lengths. My main issue with this establishment is the young lady who manages the front desk. She is incredibly impolite. She constantly wears a scowl, always on her phone, and makes customers feel like a burden. It's unbelievable they would appoint such an unpleasant individual in a leadership role. It's unfortunate because I adore Alex, but I can't tolerate the negative atmosphere of this place.
This place was a fantastic find! The person who did my nails followed my instructions perfectly. I will definitely return!
I've tested a few nail salons in Westfield and let me tell you Lucky Nail & Spa is THE place to go! I have been a regular here for the past 4 years and I always leave satisfied. Hana is truly the BEST nail technician I've ever encountered. I show her a picture or describe an idea, and she brings it to life flawlessly every time. Let these images do the talking!
