Amazing experience at this salon. The prices are fair and the receptionist is incredibly kind. Sam is the top stylist here. They take the time to truly understand your preferences. I've visited multiple times and have always left completely satisfied. People often ask me who does my hair. While retrieving the two pet food items I required after a 10-hour workday, I was taken aback upon returning to the front of the store to find a long queue at the self-checkout. Half of the machines were not even operational. Desperately scanning the line for an open spot, I approached a woman with a bob haircut, who seemed to be a middle-aged employee. Politely, I inquired if she could open more registers. To my surprise, she curtly replied that all available staff were already occupied. Disappointed by her response, I couldn't help but think that perhaps she could have assisted at a register instead of stocking gum in an aisle that was not in use. Such inefficiency contributes to the frequent thefts at this store. It is nearly impossible to check out in under 20 minutes if you have somewhere else to be.

Let me start by saying that Alex is the only nail artist worth visiting here. Many others rush and make numerous mistakes - overly thick gel, messy polishing, uneven nail lengths. My main issue with this establishment is the young lady who manages the front desk. She is incredibly impolite. She constantly wears a scowl, always on her phone, and makes customers feel like a burden. It's unbelievable they would appoint such an unpleasant individual in a leadership role.
