I've been a patron for many years. Consistently excellent service. Always delighted with my hair! The entire team is wonderful!! I highly recommend them.
I must say, if you have thick and curly hair, you must visit Gretchen! She is a specialist in that area and is absolutely fantastic. The salon had a warm and clean atmosphere, and I was promptly attended to as a walk-in. It felt like fate brought me to her as she completely transformed my look and revived my curls. Throughout the process, she provided me with valuable information and suggested products to help maintain my curls. I am thrilled with my hair transformation. Make sure to pay her a visit!
Extremely disappointed. The receptionist was incredibly rude right from the start, and my experience with Gretchen only went downhill from there. I had an appointment for a hair lightening session, which I had done at this salon over a year ago. Gretchen seemed unapproachable. When I explained what I wanted, she appeared disinterested and tried to dissuade me from making any changes to my hair, claiming it couldn't be done, despite the fact that I had it done before. She seemed unenthusiastic about her work and serving customers. Unfortunately, she talked me out of it. I was concerned from the moment I saw her due to her apparent lack of enthusiasm. I'm relieved that she won't be working on my hair anymore, although I'm disappointed and hope both her and the receptionist improve their attitudes. 6/3 4:30 pm
