This was my initial experience with any type of waxing. I had my underarms and calves treated. Kelsey was exceptionally professional and elucidated each step. The underarms were done first, completely painless...the aroma of the wax was pleasant. Calves came next. The initial pull off smarted a bit because I was unsure what to anticipate.
