Unfortunately, I didn't manage to receive a massage here, and I don't think I'll attempt to do so in the future. The communication and scheduling were severely lacking. I called to inquire about a 30-minute massage, stating I could arrive in about 15 minutes, to which they agreed. However, upon my prompt arrival, I was informed that they were too busy. This disregard for a customer's time and effort is disheartening.
