After waiting for 20 minutes, my appointment was unexpectedly canceled! The lack of organization in the management of this business is quite evident, and there is a definite need for improved communication with clients. Our time is valuable and should be respected!

I have been a loyal client of Yeni for over four years, and her service has always been impeccable. She possesses exceptional waxing skills and maintains a relaxed demeanor. However, I can no longer recommend her services due to the poor performance of her staff. During my last visit, I arrived for my "confirmed" appointment only to be informed by Tony that there was no record of it, despite him personally scheduling it and sending a confirmation text the day before. His attitude was rude and unapologetic, even when he realized the error was on his end. Tony attempted to reschedule for a different day that week, but due to prior commitments, I opted to seek services elsewhere and reschedule for six weeks later. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, I received a last-minute text informing me of its cancellation due to unexpected closure. This lack of consideration for my time and commitments was disappointing. Despite my request to reschedule, I received no response from Tony the entire day. Time is precious, and the lack of respect for mine was disheartening. Furthermore, the absence of an apology for the initial mishap was unacceptable. While I have previously recommended Yeni to many, the consistent complaints about the poor service and lack of professionalism among the staff have led me to sever ties with this establishment once I receive my refund.

My experience at this establishment was truly exceptional! The staff members were incredibly welcoming and guided me through the waxing process, ensuring I felt at ease. The aftercare kit provided, along with detailed instructions, was a nice touch. I am eagerly looking forward to my next scheduled appointment.
