I highly suggest Optimal Health Retreat! The retreat is tidy and organized, with a tasteful design, and the team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I arrived promptly for my massage and was ushered in within minutes. My therapist was Sasha. She led me to the treatment room and ensured I was comfortable. The massage was so soothing, I even dozed off for a bit! Afterwards, my muscles felt rejuvenated, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed.
