My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. The staff did not fulfill my hair request, and one of the workers did a terrible job that cost me over $250. Despite returning for a fix, my hair remains damaged and unmanageable. I have lingering regrets about the 5-star ratings this salon receives, as my hair continues to suffer from the aftermath of their negligence. I caution anyone considering this salon to avoid it at all costs, unless they want to risk permanent hair damage.
The service here is great, all the employees are very friendly. However, there is one stylist who lacks skill in cutting hair. She completely misunderstood my request for curtain bangs and ended up giving me a botched haircut that resembled DIY bangs.
This establishment is quite pleasant, with friendly staff and affordable prices.
