I highly suggest Optimal Health Retreat! The retreat is tidy and organized, with a tasteful design, and the team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I arrived promptly for my massage and was ushered in within minutes. My therapist was Sasha. She led me to the treatment room and ensured I was comfortable. The massage was so soothing, I even dozed off for a bit! Afterwards, my muscles felt rejuvenated, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. The staff did not fulfill my hair request, and one of the workers did a terrible job that cost me over $250. Despite returning for a fix, my hair remains damaged and unmanageable. I have lingering regrets about the 5-star ratings this salon receives, as my hair continues to suffer from the aftermath of their negligence.
