Tamia at Lash Doll has been my go-to for lash services for years. Professional and efficient, she always delivers lashes that I adore. Accommodating and skilled, she ensures your preferences are met. Tamia's respectful demeanor and attention to detail create a relaxing atmosphere. She even offers beverages and snacks, along with a cozy setup for ultimate comfort during appointments.
Opted for a lash lift and tint and left completely satisfied. Will definitely return for future appointments. For a top-notch job, I highly recommend this establishment.
I visited that boutique with a scheduled appointment for an "Anime-inspired lash set", presented a photo for reference, and received a different style. While the alternative lash set is fine, it's not what I had planned for. Feeling disappointed as I invested heavily in something not to my liking. The stylist failed to mention that she is still in training for this "new style", hence no refund is offered. Disheartened by the experience, I opt not to seek a refund but rather book elsewhere. Transparency about the training status could have altered my decision. Providing a complimentary removal service seems futile. Despite the lack of a refund due to it being a "new style", executing it incorrectly feels deceptive. Nonetheless, thank you, and good night.
