I had the most terrible massage experience at this place! My spouse gifted me a voucher for my birthday for massage therapy, and I used it for 3 sessions. The individual who conducted my massage was named Helen. I faced difficulties locating the salon, which made me arrive about 5-7 minutes late for my appointment. I phoned ahead to inform the staff about my slight delay, and they assured me it was acceptable as long as it didn't exceed 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that my appointment had been canceled and given to someone else! Not only that, Helen used up one of my voucher sessions and claimed that another client had taken the appointment and was already on the massage table!! It was a full hour session, and I was less than 10 minutes late (actually 7 minutes, I checked), with the staff confirming it was fine. This is completely unfair! How about a 50-minute massage or even a 30-minute one since you have essentially taken my money! I previously praised this salon as exceptional. I retract that statement. It may seem great until the nail technician acts irrationally and blames you. She opted not to do my nails because I couldn't afford weekly visits anymore. She criticized my eating habits and advised me to consult a doctor. At 21 years old, in perfect health, she claimed my nails were diseased and suggested I see "the Chinese people." The owner isn't much better. This individual took $50 from me without providing a service. There are some nice employees there, but this incident tarnishes the experience for everyone. I switched to Magnolia Salon, highly recommended. The nail technician there is exceptional. My polish lasts longer, up to two weeks, and my nails are less prone to breakage compared to the previous salon, not to mention more affordable. It felt like divine intervention, and I'm grateful I heeded the warning. I am a frequent traveler, so I make it a point to try out different nail salons during my trips. I must say, this salon/spa is truly one of the best I've been to. The place is impeccably clean, has a very welcoming atmosphere, and boasts an elegant design. My pedicure by KiKi was absolutely amazing! Consistently excellent service here. Being able to cut and style my toddler's hair in just 10 minutes is impressive. This is the only place where my son doesn't end up in tears after a haircut. And the prices are very reasonable. My son always looks forward to his reward after his big boy haircut. This salon exudes charm, with a welcoming and accommodating team. I spontaneously sought a color correction consultation just before closing, and they made every effort to assist me immediately. I did not anticipate that. I walked in for a consultation, presuming I would need to return the next day or seek help elsewhere. They efficiently managed my temporary fix and had me on my way in under an hour, without any complaints about staying late. The staff here is genuinely pleasant and skilled. I would revisit this place, but unfortunately, I do not reside in the vicinity.
