Salon 707

I previously praised this salon as exceptional. I retract that statement. It may seem great until the nail technician acts irrationally and blames you. She opted not to do my nails because I couldn't afford weekly visits anymore. She criticized my eating habits and advised me to consult a doctor. At 21 years old, in perfect health, she claimed my nails were diseased and suggested I see "the Chinese people." The owner isn't much better. This individual took $50 from me without providing a service. There are some nice employees there, but this incident tarnishes the experience for everyone. I switched to Magnolia Salon, highly recommended. The nail technician there is exceptional. My polish lasts longer, up to two weeks, and my nails are less prone to breakage compared to the previous salon, not to mention more affordable. It felt like divine intervention, and I'm grateful I heeded the warning. After the humiliation and mockery at Salon 707, I will never return.

I've been a loyal client of Jen for hair styling for numerous years. She consistently delivers the perfect color and cut! The salon is elegantly adorned and impeccably clean, with a friendly and lively atmosphere. I wholeheartedly endorse Salon 707!

This Salon has consistently disappointed me. The initial letdown was with my child. They lack the skill to handle curly hair. My child was truly upset with the result. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance and had my hair done - a root shade and highlights. It turned out orange. They were gracious enough to waive the fee, but I had to seek elsewhere to correct the color. When I tried to book a haircut appointment a few weeks later, they refused to serve me again. I pointed out their unprofessional behavior, questioning why they were turning me away for a haircut when the mistake was theirs. Kelli mentioned I didn't have to pay if I wasn't satisfied, so why deny me service for a haircut when it was their error? They did the same thing to my child. They assured us they would fix her hair, then called to cancel her appointment and barred her from returning. Their conduct is unprofessional and petty. In my view... they lack expertise in coloring hair and are not the top choice in RI. They may cater well to the elderly. I wouldn't recommend them for those with curly hair, or anyone seeking a root shade or highlights. Unless you want something very basic, I wouldn't suggest them.
