I had the most terrible massage experience at this place! My spouse gifted me a voucher for my birthday for massage therapy, and I used it for 3 sessions. The individual who conducted my massage was named Helen. I faced difficulties locating the salon, which made me arrive about 5-7 minutes late for my appointment. I phoned ahead to inform the staff about my slight delay, and they assured me it was acceptable as long as it didn't exceed 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that my appointment had been canceled and given to someone else! Not only that, Helen used up one of my voucher sessions and claimed that another client had taken the appointment and was already on the massage table!! It was a full hour session, and I was less than 10 minutes late (actually 7 minutes, I checked), with the staff confirming it was fine. This is completely unfair! How about a 50-minute massage or even a 30-minute one since you have essentially taken my money! She refused to rectify the situation.
