I've been a patron of this establishment for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the quality of service. I can no longer recommend this place as even a day after my eyebrow appointment, I still feel discomfort. It's the worst experience I've had.
Around 6-7 months ago, I posted a review on this platform detailing how employees were overcharging me and pocketing tips. The listed price on their website is $10, yet they consistently charged me $12. Moreover, when I paid with cash, typically a $20 bill, they would only return $7 to me, effectively stealing extra money each time. On November 27th, an employee confronted me, interrogated me about my review, and coerced me into changing it. She was incredibly rude and caught me off guard. Despite being a long-time customer, I felt utterly disrespected. During our conversation, I felt pressured and manipulated into deleting my review. She was pushy and insisted that I lie by claiming they provided excellent service. I will not be returning.
I visited for an upper lip treatment and the individual named SABINA was incredibly impolite, always giving me disdainful looks. Despite my reservations, I was assigned to her for the treatment. When I mentioned that my upper lip wasn't properly cleaned, she became agitated and began berating me with derogatory remarks. Who treats their customers in such a manner? I've witnessed SABINA and other employees mocking customers and conversing in their native language, which is unprofessional. SABINA behaves as if she owns the place and acts like the boss. Numerous customers have lodged complaints, but it seems the owner Neelu is indifferent. I urge everyone to avoid SABINA. Neelu, if you truly value your customers, you must address SABINA's behavior. Being disrespectful towards customers is detrimental to both her and your business. Show respect to your patrons, refrain from mocking them, and avoid speaking in your native language in front of customers. Beware of this establishment. Hopefully, action will be taken against SABINA.
