Consistently exceptional service! I have always had a positive experience, with usually only one technician working on my nails, unlike other salons where multiple people handle the service. The customer service at New York Nails is outstanding - I highly recommend them!
Arranged for a Mani/Pedi for my mother and myself. While my mother received the expected service, my Mani only consisted of nail painting with no additional treatment. I brought stickers to be applied after the painting, assuming there would be no extra charge since I provided them. However, I was surprised with an additional $10 charge for hands and another $10 for feet just to have the stickers applied. I was billed for 2 Mani/Pedi services, yet did not receive the full treatment, with unexpected charges for the stickers I had brought. Transparency about additional costs is crucial for customer satisfaction.
Absolutely terrible service! Nails left untrimmed, had to request lotion massage which led to aggressive behavior and threats towards my daughter. The technician even seemed ready to fight my daughter for pointing out the poor quality of the service - nails were left looking like a child had painted them!
