Would rate a 0 if I could. It's at the flea market so I guess you get what you pay for. My daughter only needed a trim & all they did was wet her hair & cut her ends unevenly in one go without even softening the ends. The stylist was done in less than 5 minutes & didn't even at least dry her hair. Once it dried at home it looked like this. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.
Made an appointment for Sunday at 4pm, just a basic trim; arrived early checked in and r 4.25pm still waiting. Went up to the register to ask about my appointment as a new person was sitting at the chair with Maria, the receptionist forgot about me and sat a new person. I was told to wait, did not offer an apology, obviously my business is not needed at this place.
