If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I was charged $95 for a hair dye that washed out completely after just two days. I was promised it would be permanent. Avoid this salon at all costs - the stylist was more interested in chatting than actually working, and it was way too expensive for the poor quality.
My first visit here was a disappointment. The staff was friendly, but the stylist who gave me an asymmetrical haircut had no clue what she was doing. Even after showing her a picture and spending over an hour explaining, the final result looked nothing like what I wanted. To make matters worse, she charged me an extra $10. I left feeling very let down by this salon.
My experience was fantastic at this salon. The stylist took her time and made sure I was completely satisfied with my hair before finishing. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend this place - it's truly wonderful. 👌☺️
